Community Associations
This office represents numerous community associations throughout the Greater Houston Area. Our founder, Michael J. Treece has represented property owners associations, townhouse regimes, and condominium associations since 1988. Our attorneys have vast experience drafting and revising governing documents, enforcing deed restrictions, collecting assessments, resolving tax issues, and litigating matters on behalf of our community association clients.
General litigation
Our attorneys have handled a variety of general litigation matters on behalf of clients located throughout the state of Texas. Our attorneys are licensed in all State Courts, as well as Federal and Bankruptcy Courts. We have litigated a variety of legal matters, including contract disputes, business litigation, employment disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and consumer rights violations.
Wills and Probate
We understand the importance of preparing for the future. Our office has significant experience in drafting wills, deeds, and power of attorney documents. We also provide services related to the probate of wills and administration of estates and are fully prepared to help you through the difficult times which follow the loss of a loved one.
